The UK National Inventory of War Memorials is compiling a record of all UK war memorials to promote their appreciation, use and preservation. It holds information about over 60,000 UK war memorials, including details of their location, design and history. You can search the database.  The UKNIWM is an archival register at Imperial War Museum, London.
