I’ve written abou this before but it is really good – do visit it. This West Yorkshire website is now fully launched and is searchable by surnames. It is called History to Herstory. There is now free access to 80,000 images taken from primary sources relating to the lives of women in Yorkshire, from 1100 AD to the present day.
Each document is digitised in full and linked to an improved catalogue record. http://www.historytoherstory.org.uk
