In May 2010 Janice Jones wrote janjones@mts.net to ask me about Ruth Sewell who married Edward Compston on 25 Jun 1792 in Kendal, Westmorland. Janice has an Isabella Sewell who married John Smith on 24 Dec 1797, also in Kendal. She is unsure of Isabella’s parents but they were probably Henry Sewell and Margaret Bray.
